To transfer an existing domain to our sever, please use the following information:

   Do you accept international orders?
Yes. If desired, we can host non-US domain name extensions (though you have to do the registration or transfer yourself).

   Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time, without penalty.

   Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours per day. You can upload files to your web site at any time.

   Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use your account for commercial purposes.

   What can't I do with my Web space?
Attempts to bring down our servers are forbidden. No warez, hacking, illegal activity, or hate group sites are allowed. Such sites are warned, then removed. In addition, you aren't allowed to use your e-mail to send Spam.

   Are my log files counted towards my allotted space?
Your log files are not counted towards your space used.

   Are there any additional costs?
There are no additional costs. The only fees you need to pay are for the web hosting and domain name. Our prices are straight-forward and there are no strings attached.

   Do I have to post Adult-Host-Site.com's banner on my page?
You don't have to post our banner, nor any other material on your site. The content of your site is your choice.

   How much does it cost to install and support mySQL?
Nothing. Those services are included in our basic-kid.

   What is a virtual domain?
A virtual domain allows you to have your own domain name (http://www.yourname.com) without installing the physical equipment and software. You use space on our physical server for hosting your domain (www.yourname.com) and post server.

   What is needed to establish the virtual domain on our server?
Simply fill out the orderform on-line. We will help you to transfer an existing domain or to register a new domain to host on our servers.

   How much time does it take to install a virtual domain?
Space will be provided within 24 hours after having received your complete orderform and money. After installation, we will send you an e-mail with your username, password and IP-address.

   Do you provide access to the internet?
Not, you need a local provider of your choice to have access to the internet, to maintain your site and to read mails.

   Is your server accessibly 24 hours a day and 7 days a week? If not, why?
Yes. Your site is daily open, day and night, and will be supervised by a special system of monitoring.

   What webserver is established in your service? (Apache, Netscape, other...?)
Apache is established on our servers.

   What operational systems do you use?
We use Linux.

   What software can be used to process electronic mailtraffic (Outlook, Bat, Netscape mail, Pine, etc.)?
You can use any POP of your choice to send and read your emails. IMAP is not compatible.

   Can I cause my site without adding the prefix 'www' in front of the domain (example - http://domain.com)?
Yes, you can.

   Do you use a database? Cold Fusion? mySQL? Others?
We are using mySQL.

   Do you give access to FTP?
Yes.

   Do you support VRML 1.0 and 2.0 Mime types wrl and mus?
Yes, we do support them. You can establish own Mime types using an option in the control panel.

   Are you providing personal CGI-BIN directories?
Yes!

   What is CGI?
CGI writes the forms, guest books and much more which is used to create things like counters etc.. We give you CGI in a typical set of options. You can write own, establish ready or use our typical CGI-scripts.

   In what language should CGI-scripts be written (shell, Perl, PHP)?
Our servers are supporting scripts written on shell, Perl and PHP.

   How I can operate POP3 accounts (adding / deleting / updating)? How can forward mails?
To add, remove(distance) and forward POP3-boxes you have to use the option "Mail Manager" in the control panel.

   Can I protect directories by passwords?
Yes, with the help of the option "Protect Directories" in your control panel.

   It is possible to advertise the site by the use of spam?
Using spam breaks the rules of web hosting on our servers. The site of any client who has dispatched nonrequested e-mails will be switched off within 24 hours. Unused prepayments will be lost in this case.

   What is the difference between Reseller Accounts & Affiliates?
To become a reseller, you must maintain an active hosting account (Plan 200 or higer). However, you are not required to be a hosting client to become an affiliate.

    I made a decision to close my hosting account. How can i do it?
Notification to cancel Your account needs to be made by the 25th of the preceeding month. Please process your cancellation request through our the special form. Please be sure to remove any data You want to retain, since once we cancel the account the data is lost.
